This policy explains how Deanside Building Inspections handles personal information collected through this website, in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
When you request a quote we collect your name, email address, mobile number, the inspection you are interested in and anything you write in the comments box. We also collect standard analytics data about how the site is used, such as pages viewed and the referring source.
We use your details to prepare your quote, book and carry out the inspection, send you the report and follow up on your enquiry. We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.
Your details are shared only with the inspector assigned to your job, the booking team and the service providers that run our booking and reporting systems, each bound to keep the information confidential.
Personal information is stored on secured systems with access limited to staff who need it. Inspection records are kept for as long as the law requires and then deleted.
You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing hello@buildinginspectionsdeansidemelbourne.com.au. We respond within 30 days.
